When I moved from a trial to a basic subscription I could no longer import .gar files
When doing a PATguard Cloud trial, you are using the Business Plan and associated features of the product. Having access to the Business Plan allows you to get a full understanding of the platforms capability.
When you subscribe to a plan after the trial only some of these features may be available to you as outlined below in the pricing and plan schedule. A basic plan for example, only allows manual test entry or test importing via .csv from alternative asset databases.
