Custom Fields in PATGuard Cloud
PATGuard Cloud has the ability for additional user chosen fields (called custom fields) to be added to certain objects in the system for tracking your own values.
Summary
The following is a summary of features:
- Add additional fields (of varying data types) to Assets (additional objects in the future)
- Load values against assets by either:
- Editing an individual asset
- Bulk Edit multiple assets
- Flat file import of values
- View values:
- Overview page
- Asset dialog
- Asset export to flat file
Configuring Custom Fields
Use the Settings / Custom Fields page to manage custom fields in the system.
Viewing/Editing values
View the values on the Asset Overview screen-
And edit within the asset editor-
