How do I download a Report?

Quickly email your reports in multiple formats; Email, Print, PDF or Excel, and store them securely for easy retrieval if needed.
PATGuard Cloud Report

Click on the Organiser view

Choose which level you would like to report on, Client, Site, Location or Asset level.


1. Click on Reports
  1. Depending where you are positioned in the Organiser tree, this is where your report will be generated giving you complete flexibility.
  2. If you are on the Client  the report will be based on the whole client, all of its Sites and Locations.
  3. If you positioned on the Site only that Site and Locations will be reported on.
  4. If you positioned on the Location only that Location will be reported on.

What the reports show...

Summary Test

Client Address, Site Address, Location, Asset ID, Description, Make, Serial Number, Date of Test, Retest Period, Next Test Due Date, Overall Result, Report Overview and Cover Page.

Detailed Test

Full detailed test readings & results including RCD and Microwave testing, Client Address, Site Address, Location, Asset ID, Description, Make, Serial Number, Date of Test, Retest Period, Next Test Due Date, Overall Result, Report Overview and Cover Page.

Asset Register

Client Address, Site Address, Location, Asset ID, Description, Make, Serial Number, Last Test Date,  Next Test Due Date, Asset Totals, Report Overview and Cover Page.
 

Repair Register

Client, Site, Location, Asset ID, Description, Date, Equipment Fault, Action Taken,  Asset Photo, Repair Photo, and Cover Page.

Risk Assessment

Risk Id, User, Risk Description, Who might be harmed and how, Current controls in place, Impact of risk event, Probability of occurrence, Location, Images and Cover Page.

Archived Reports

You can choose to archive all of your reports for safe keeping and retrieval instantly with PATGuard Cloud
