How do I email multiple files?

PATGuard Cloud has created a test and tag report template for you to email to your clients. You can use the email function to email your reports and invoices from within the program. All you need to do is follow the steps outlined below to attach your reports to the email and send out to your client or business manager. You can attach many of your reports to the one email by following these steps:

In PATGuard Cloud it is easy to email multiple files at one time -
In the upper menu select Files

Select the files you wish to email
Select Email from the top right hand corner of the screen

Fill in your email details & the email address you wish to send to and press Send (in the bottom left hand corner)

There is an easy way to check which Test and Tag template reports you have sent. You are able to view your email history under the menu that says 'More' and then select 'Email History'.
