How to export & import client data to another PATGuard Cloud account.

PATGuard Cloud can export multiple or single Client data files to another instance of PATGuard Cloud, this is particularly useful when sub-contracting work to another PAT service provider.

Select More from the main menu
Select Export Data

Select Export by Client
  1. Choose a single Client to export or multiple Clients
  2. Apply a date filter if you wish
  3. Select Export Data
Export multiple clients

The Client file will be found under Files ready for you to download or email to another PATGuard Cloud user.

How to Import a Client File


Select More from the main screen
Select Import Database
import database

Select "PATGuard Cloud import/export formal (*.xlsx)" from the drop-down menu
Select Database File/Select files

Locate the PATGuard Cloud Client file on your PC or Tablet
Select Import

The Imported Client file will now show in the Organiser view
