How to set reminder schedules for reports and overdue assets in PATGuard Cloud

This feature is only available to Enterprise Customers

This functionality enables certain users to be made area contacts and for a reminder schedule to be setup on certain reports:

1. Failed Assets
   
2. Overdue Assets
   
3. Upcoming Tests
   

Functions

1. You can select many users to be assigned as 'Management Users'
   

Rules 

1. Any active users in the PATGuard Cloud user list can be added as management 
   
2. If a distribution list is required, this can be added as a user in the user management screens
   
3. Deactivated users will not receive emails
   

How to add Management Users for report scheduling

1. Select the 'Organiser View'
   
2. Click on 'Client', 'Site' or 'Location' level 
   
3. Click 'Edit Client', 'Edit Site' or 'Edit Location'
   

A pop-up box will appear and if you scroll down you will see a section called 'Managers for Report Scheduling' where you can select managers to receive reports.

How to access the Report Schedules

1. Select the 'Scheduling menu'
   
2. Click 'Report Scheduling'
