When launching PATGuard Cloud Connect from the web application (using the following button):


An error may be received instead of the application launching:



If this happens, it will be resolved by updating to a new version of the PATGuard Cloud Connect application for your region:

If you continue to receive the error, please do the following things:
  1. Use your Windows Start Menu to launch PATGuard Cloud Connect instead of via the web application - this should allow you to continue importing data from your device(s)
  2. Please contact support here so that we can assist with the web application button failing to launch the application
