Summary Reports or Test & Tag Reports pulling in visual retest date and period instead of Full Retest

Summary Reports or Test & Tag Reports pulling in visual retest date and period instead of Full Retest

If when running Summary Reports or Test & Tag reports, and the "Visual retest period" and "visual retest date" are being imported rather than the full Retest Period and Dates, it could be due to some settings that require changing.

There is a setting which lets you control if the next test date should be based on the visual or full retest.

Go to Settings



Data > Asset Settings

Enable this setting to use the full retest period in the report (if available). After changing the setting, give the system a couple of minutes to recalculate before regenerating the report.
