Why am I getting Uknown Client when uploading back into PrimeTest Elite?
When data is uploaded from the PrimeTest Elite to PATGUARD Cloud, the data is going directly to the unknown client file on the software but you believe the client should be known.
The PrimeTest Elite doesn't record clients. By default this means imported data goes into Unknown Client and the expectation is users will either leave it there, or move it if required.
Another strategy to map to clients is to change the 'Asset Mapping Strategy'. Go to Settings -> Data -> Import Settings -> Asset Mapping Strategy. Here you can change this so that the system uses Site/Location/AssetId to match where an import should go.
