How to Add an Asset, Manual Test, Fail the Asset, Create a Repair Report and Re-test the Asset as a Pass.

Select the Manual Entry option from the Menu bar
  1. Select an existing Client form the drop-down list or create a new Client.
  2. Select a Site from the drop-down list or create a new Site
  3. Select a Location from the drop-down list or create a new Location

  1. Add an asset description
  2. Enter the Retest periods
  3. In the case of a failed item you could put a description of the failure (Visual) or the actual numeric values of the test, you can be as detailed as you like here.
  4. Set Status to Fail
  5. Click Save


Select the Asset and click on the Test


Details of the Test Failure will show here


Select the Overview menu tab and add a repair

Add details of the repair



The repair will now show in the Repair Register

To add a Test to an existing Asset




Add test type (in this case Extension Lead) here you can add photos and any other details you may wish to record.
Click save


  1. Select Tests
  2. Add as much detail as you wish in the results, Add All drop down will populate all the relevant tests associated with its particular test class.
  3. Click Save



Your Asset now shows up as Passed in the Organiser screen, there will be 2 tests associated with this Asset.
